Deliveries and returns policy
Our delivery times
The tailoring of dyes, fabrics and garments can take between 3 and 5 days for one piece. Thus, you can count between one and two weeks for the preparation of your order. Delivery is made exclusively by DHL. The delivery of your order can take between 5 and 10 working days depending on your geographical location.

International: 10 days
South America: 8 days
Europe: 5 days
North America: 8 days
Metropolitan France: 5 days
Overseas department and territory: 12 days
United States: 5 days
Reunion Island: 12 days
Deliveries in Europe and EU – All orders to addresses in the EU will be delivered with the duties and taxes borne by Kroskel (except DOM TOM).
Deliveries outside Europe – Depending on the value of your order, your package may be charged customs or import duties. If you receive an e-mail or call about this, you are responsible for paying these costs. Unfortunately, these fees vary widely from country to country, so we cannot predict their value. For more information and to avoid unpleasant surprises, please contact your customs office.
Yes, you can have your package delivered to another address, which you must however specify when validating the order. When filling in your billing address, simply uncheck the “Ship to same address” box. You will then have the option of entering a different delivery address. If it is a business address, be sure to include the name of the company or organization in the address field as well as the contact name to ensure your package reaches its destination.
If you cannot check the status of your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
When we suspect fraudulent activity, for example if we suspect suspicious complaints about orders placed but not received, or if you return items after they have been used or worn, or returned items are not what you ordered, we reserve the right to refuse refunds and prevent orders from being placed from your account (and any other associated accounts) in the future. If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake, you can contact us and we will discuss the matter with you.

- Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order.
- You must not have worn, washed or damaged the items.
- All item tags must still be attached.

Follow these steps :
- Let us know by e-mail at email@example.com why you want to return your items.
- Return the item(s) to the original package or to a shipping box of your choice.
- Create your return label directly with your favorite parcel delivery service. Return shipping is your responsibility.
- Once the package is received, we process your request and inspect the returned items.
- We notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved: you receive your refund within 14 working days.
